I’m so happy you’re here.

My name is Emilie Reilly. I’m 20 years old, a new mum, and the heart behind this little space I call Reilly’s Haven. I created this blog to share my journey into motherhood, my dream of becoming a stay-at-home mum, and my growing love for simple, homestead living.

This blog isn’t about having it all figured out — far from it. It’s about learning as we go, embracing the mess and the beauty, and finding peace in the small moments. Whether it’s figuring out what baby gear actually works, trying new routines, or learning how to cook from scratch, I want this to be a place where we can grow together.

💭 Why I started Reilly’s Haven

When I found out I was going to be a mum, I felt a mix of joy, fear, and had so many questions — especially being young. I didn’t always see mums who looked like me or shared the same season of life. That made me want to create a space just for us — young mums who want something gentler, slower, and more intentional.

I live in France now (but grew up in the UK), which is why this blog is available in both French and English. I’d love to build a space that reaches mums across both countries — no matter where you’re reading from, you’re welcome here.
